Please check your parcel promptly and contact us before returning any item.

Exchange window

Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut and returned with its original packaging and tags.

Wrong or damaged item

Report a wrong, incomplete or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures and your order number. We will guide you through the next step.

Important exceptions

Cut, washed or used fabric cannot be returned. Sale items are not exchangeable unless they arrive wrong or damaged. Return delivery is paid by the customer unless the error is ours.
